With 3 different routes to suit all abilities, riders will get to enjoy the Ocean views from the Pacific Highway, mountain views from the iconic Mulholland and thrilling descents down Latigo and Decker Canyons. You’ll get to test your form on Encinal Canyon and Yerba Buena - and your skills on the dirt climb of Sycamore Canyon, safe in the knowledge that at the top of every climb is yummy cookies of course!

But this ride isn’t just about the climbs and cookies, it’s also about the “Pro Level” experience that Phil would expect. Participants will be fully supported by Mavic Neutral Support provided in pro races as well as well-staffed & perfectly stocked aid stations by local bikes shops and clubs; a post-ride meal and drinks by celebrity Chef Jeff Mahin and M Street Kitchen; rider swag bag from Cannondale-Drapac Pro Cycling Team and the opportunity to hang out with Phil Gaimon and his Cannondale-Drapac Pro Cycling team mates and cycling World Tour friends.

The Sugar Cookie The Sugar Cookie

It starts with the climb of Potrero Road: and Cruises along the top of Sycamore Canyon and the quiet horse farms of Hidden Valley, and then you'll face the short climb up Decker Canyon from Westlake. Survive that, and you've earned a fun descent down Mulholland Highway to the Pacific, and a flat run to the finish.

42 miles and 3,200 feet of climbing there are plenty of hills for you to earn your dessert at the post-ride meal and drinks. Also good for the family and you won’t have to train too much to get Fondo fit. Sweet but not too filling!

The Chocolate Chip The Chocolate Chip

Experience the best that Southern Calfornia has to offer, with a total of four climbs, and an optional fifth on the unpaved Sycamore Canyon if you're still feeling ambitious.

A Gran Fondo of 86 miles and 8,600 feet of climbing, there’s 3 tough climbs – a big day in and out of the saddle. This is a serious route with serious altitude gain, not for beginners. Optional finish on the dirt road up Sycamore Canyon if you want a real taste of adventure, this will satisfy your cookie craving.

Two of the four climbs are timed including Sycamore Canyon to the finish.

Double Fudge Double Fudge

Designed for the extreme “Cookie Col Climber” this route delivers more beauty, a double dose of dirt roads and suffering for you to swallow.

Fear not - you can accrue bailout points, but it’s best not to bite off more than you can chew. Approx 118 miles and around 12,500 feet of climbing, make sure your eyes aren’t bigger than your belly as this is the full  “Pro Tour” stage – designed by Phil himself, survive this route and you'll have something to brag about!

Three of the 6 climbs are timed including Sycamore Canyon to the finish.
