UCI Reveals WorldTour Calendar for 2019 Season

The Professional Cycling Council (PCC) in Geneva, Switzerland, the UCI unveiled the 2019 WorldTour calendar on this week

For the third consecutive year there will be 37 races, and the first race being the 2019 Santos Tour Down Under, January 15-20.

New fr 2019 is the addition of the UAE Tour, February 25 to March 2, which replaces the Abu Dhabi Tour as the Middle Easst race. It also replaces the Dhabi Tour, the 2.HC-rated race.

The first Grand Tour, the Giro d’Italia, runs from May 11 to June 2, a week later than this year.

The 2018 finishes up withthe Presidential Tour of Turkey, October 22-27.
