Yves Lampaert (Quick-Step) wins stage two of the Vuelta a España
Yves Lampaert and Matteo Trentin one-two for Quick-Step Floors on Stage 2 Sprint Finish. Yves Lampaert takes the race leader's Red jersey.
A day without a breakaway, it was pretty hot 29C, with a strong, but cooling wind - started to affect the peloton with strong cross winds made for some nervous riding.
Trek-Segafredo put the pressure with 75 kms to go and nrealy split the peloton which managed to stay together.
However, at a narrowing in the the road, a crash occured, one that involved a dozen riders. El Abia broke his collarbone and Moreno looks to have sustained facial injuires.
