Farm to Fork Fondo to Expand Series in 2018
The acclaimed Farm to Fork Fondo series to grow to 8 events. Participants will enjoy rides filled with winding country roads and locally produced treats served at local farms
The 2018 Farm to Fork Fondo series will include 8 events in iconic farmland locations throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic US regions. Total participation is expected to climb from just over 3,000 in 2017 to more than 4,500 participants next year.
New locations and the full 2018 Farm to Fork Fondo schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
The Farm to Fork Fondo series was founded by Tyler Wren, who cycled professionally for 13 years before starting Wrenegade Sports.
About Farm to Fork Fondo
Farm to Fork Fondo is a series of non-competitive cycling events in iconic farmland regions throughout the Northeastern United States. The mission of the Farm to Fork Fondo series is to highlight and support the symbiotic relationship between cyclists, farmers and beautiful landscapes.
Ride options range from 10 to 100 miles, and include several on-farm aid stations where participants sample chef-prepared treats made from each farm’s ingredients.
