Hudson Valley Aid Station Menus Revealed

Farm to Fork are excited to share the brand new aid station menus for 2018 at the re-vamped event in Hudson Valley June 10.

Each of the 'small bites' below is prepared by a local chef, served at one of the participating farms, and features ingredient(s) from that farm.
