Farm to Fork Asheville Menus Revealed

Farm to Fork are excited to share the aid station, Post-Ride Barbecue, and Meet the Farmers Dinner menus for the brand new Farm to Fork Fondo - Asheville on June 30 at Hickory Nut Gap Farm in Fairview, NC

We’ll have enough locally sourced delights to feed the hoards of hungry cyclists heading to the Blue Ride Mountains next weekend!

Each of the 'small bites' below is prepared by a local chef, served at one of our participating farms, and features an ingredient from that farm.
