Roglic and Kruijswijk headline super strong Jumbo-Visma team at the Vuelta

Primoz Roglic will lead Jumbo Visma at the Vuelta next week, as the team annouce a strong squad for the Spanish Grand Tour

The Slovenian rider, who finished in the third position at the Giro d’Italia- has been in a specific high altitude training after the decision of skipping the Tour de France and he will have two backup leaders: Steven Kruijswijk and George Bennett.

Kruijswijk finished in the fourth place of the Spanish race in 2018 while Bennett has already taken top-ten positions in the Vuelta and the Giro d’Italia.

Roglic will also be able to count on the support of Robert Gesink, Sep Kuss and Neilson Powless in the mountains, while Lennard Hofstede and Tony Martin provide additional firepower.
