Berkshires celebrate final round of the Hugely Popular Farm to Fork Fondo Series
Best year yet, with 7 amazing events with over well over 4,000 participants that raised over $50,000 for local community groups!
Over 600 riders took part in the Farm to Fork Fondo series in Berkshires last weekend, with participation up across the series due to its unique recipe of bringing together cyclists, local farms and communities and volunteers all striving to raise funds for local community groups where each reach ride is hosted.
A big highlight again this year at Berkshire’s, was the hosting of the start and finish at the Hancock Shaker Village, where Country Fair was in full swing!

One of the many highlights of the series is the incredible feed stations that feature arguably the best food in North American cycling! Each aid station had locally prepared dishes, “Farm to tummy made for happy tummies that ride local” was the order of the say.
Riders enjoyed Deviled Eggs with Kale from Gould Farm, Vegetable oat Cakes from Woven Roots Farm, Cider Donuts and Apple Cider from Bartlett’s Orchard, Cabot Cheddar Cheese Potato Tartlets with Tomato Onion Jam & Maple Syrup Shots from Turner and Green Meads Farms and last but not least, Spanakopita with Tomatillo Salsa from Helia Native Nursery!
