What are all the reasons you exercise? Get creative, write them down, and stick it somewhere you'll see it everyday
4. Try a new group exercise class
Variety is the spice of life. Try something new this winter. The Wrenegade team is training on Zwift this winter, so maybe you can join us there
5. Make it as convenient as possible
Don't put more hurdles in front of you when it's cold, dark, and wet outside. Instead, plan your workouts into your week and prepare the day before so yo're not scrambling to find your shoes at 6am

Recording your workouts is a great way to track your progress over time. We've used Strava, TrainingPeaks, and a pen & paper
7. Find a workout buddy
Scientific studies have shown that the external accountability and motivation of a workout buddy increases the amount that a person exercises. So put science on your side - even a friend or family member knowing your plans helps a ton
8. Give yourself a (sensible) reward
When motivation is hard, it's okay to reward yourself for a certain number of workouts or miles ridden per week. Just make sure the reward is not going to sabotage your goals
