New Event Protocols to Limit In-Person Interactions

Farm to Fork are taking a proactive approach to our 2020 Farm to Fork Fondo events to keep participants, staff, volunteers, and farmers safe. Below are some of the new practises in place in order to run safe, healthy and fun events this year. Final physical distancing and sanitation event protocols will incorporate current federal and local guidance and are subject to revision.

  No mass starts in 2020. Instead of the traditional Gran Fondo mass start, Farm to Fork will be releasing participants in small groups throughout the day to limit in-person interactions throughout the event weekend

  Protective gear. Farm to Fork will provide face coverings and latex gloves to all staff and volunteers!

  No Packet Pickup. Farm to Fork will mail you your bib plate, wrist band, pre-purchased merchandise, and anything else you’ll need to get your ride started

  Handwashing stations. Farm to Fork will provide hand washing stations at the venue and at all aid stations

  Strict food service sanitation protocols. Farm to Fork wil work with their caterers to ensure they are delivering your aid station treats and post-ride meals safely and according to updated health guidelines

  Limit event size. Farm to Fork are capping event capacities to ensure we can operate them safely with physical distancing protocols
