Experience the best of the Fraser Valley while pedaling towards a cure for MS. See why hundreds of cyclists return year after year to experience its wine, cuisine, art, and breathtaking scenery. On Saturday, you will start from our home base, stopping at various points of interest including wineries and sample the delicious local fare. Upon your return, sign up for a post ride massage, your experience will continue that evening with our themed dinner and entertainment.

On Sunday, wake up to breakfast and head out with friends, family and coworkers to experience more of the Fraser Valley.Finish your experience with a wrap up BBQ lunch and celebrate your success at the closing ceremony! This tour is fully supported with safety and maintenance services on the route and is open to riders of all levels with a variety of route lengths available. The funds you raise will provide programs and services to support people living with MS in BC and MS research.

What is multiple sclerosis? The disease attacks myelin, the protective covering of the nerves and disrupts transmission of nerve impulses. It can cause a wide range of symptoms, such as fatigue, lack of coordination, weakness, tingling, vision problems, and cognitive impairment. Over 100,000 Canadians are affected by MS, with 3 more people being diagnosed every day. Routes: Saturday: 35km, 67km, 86km / Sunday: 50km (all route lengths approximate)
Difficulty of Greatest Route: C - Moderate terrain with rolling short steep hills or moderate, sustained climbs
