The Senhora da Graça is a sanctuary located on the summit of Monte Farinha, located in Mondim de Basto.
 
This is one of the most emblematic places of Portuguese cycling, with an almost obligatory presence in the Volta a Portugal, which marks all the fans of cycling through the spectacle of its hardness. Every year thousands of people travel to the region to watch the stage of the Senhora da Graça, enriching the hardness of this stage with a fascinating human frame, supporting all the athletes, thus extolling their effort and commitment.

21 of June 2020 will be held, for the second time, the Proteu - Granfondo Senhora da Graça - Shimano.

Proteu - Granfondo Senhora da Graça - Shimano is a cycling event, open to the participation of all cyclists and amateurs (federated or non-federated), of both sexes, of any nationality, and over 18 years of age.

This will be a "divine" goal for everyone ... a high arrival as the culmination of a journey that promises many challenges ... an arrival with the feeling of "proof overcome" ... and a raise of arms like a true professional.
 
Here, all goals are equally valid and commendable. It will be considered bold, both the aim of raising your arms for a place on the podium, as raising your arms for the "fight" of a place in the overall standings, raise your arms for better result than the friend or opponent, have finished and surpassed the challenge. Everyone has their personal goals, and they will undoubtedly deserve all the respect and consideration.
 
With an altimetry that can do some "damage", participants will pedal in the prodigious landscapes of the region, with passage through Cabeceiras de Basto, Celorico de Basto, Campanhó, Ermelo, Barreiro, Lamas de Olo, Bobal, Alvadia, Macieira, Cerva...
 
This will be a challenge and personal overcoming event, where participants will experience a sublime combination of emotions in what will be a perfect alliance of effort, commitment, and natural beauty!
