The ToC Gran Fondo is a mass participation cycle sport event. 

The Gran Fondo is held on fully closed roads over 80.2 miles (129.07km). Riders competing to qualify for the UCI World Amateur Road Championships must compete over the long route. An option to participate over a shorter route of 58.2miles (93.66km) is also available for Leisure riders.

All Finishers are entitled to a ToC 2016 finisher medal which will be issued as rider crosses the finish line. Riders finishing in the top 25% of their Masters Age/Gender Classification (see Race Book for details) will be invited to the UCI World Amateur Road Championships and receive a UWCT Qualifiers medal. The ToC Gran Fondo has a spectacular podium. The first 3 riders in each Masters Age / Gender Classification will be invited to the Podium to receive their medal and prizes.

Entry for the Gran Fondo is £68 with a total of 8,000 places available.
