One Day Small Group Bike Tours are the newest and most exclusive Farm to Fork Fitness Adventure, and are limited to 20 guests per Tour to keep everyone physically distant. Small Group Bike Tours are the perfect way to safely explore everything Vermont’s Champlain Islands are famous for, including fantastic rural roads for cycling, endless farmland scenery, unique iced wine, locally-sourced organic food, and of course pure Vermont maple syrup.

Farm to Fork founder and former professional cyclist Tyler Wren will lead select Tours to to share meals, rides, and introduce you to farmers, all at a distance.  

One Day Departures

8:30am Guided Feast Tour departs (60mi, 3 farm experiences, & picnic lunch)

9:30am Guided Snack Tour with Tyler departs (40mi, 3 farm experiences, & picnic lunch)

10:30am Guided Bite Tour departs (25mi, 3 farm experiences, & picnic lunch)
