2021 Calendar Update

After a challenging year for cyclists all around the world, Haute Route are more focused than ever on delivering experiences riders will never forget. However, having spent many months evaluating the global situation with government authorities and incredible local parters on the ground, Haute Route have had to make the difficult decision to make some changes to their 2021 calendar.

With Brazilian officials having suspended all events in Santa Catarina, along with the disheartening projection of the scenario worsening over the next two months, Haute Route have had to make the difficult but necessary decision to postpone the Haute Route Brazil to October 22nd to 24th, 2021.

While wthey have also been so looking forward to cycling again in Oman in 2021, unfortunately the borders of the country remain closed and the local government cannot confirm their support for the third edition of the Haute Route Oman. Despite the best efforts of our amazing local partners, it’s with great regret Haute Route have had to cancel this year’s edition.

After the huge success of the Haute Route Mexico in 2020, it's with a heavy heart that have also had to share the news that the current situation has brought the third edition of Haute Route Mexico to a halt. After seeing the vibrant Mexican cycling community get behind the Valle de Bravo event over the past two years, Haute Route are very disappointed that the Haute Route will not be making its way to incredible Mexico this year.

Haute Route's highest priority is the health and safety of riders and they believe these changes will allow them to give riders only the biggest and best Haute Route experience in 2021. All riders registered to these events have received a personal email from the team explaining their options, but if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
