It's hard to beat the Santa Ynez Valley's challenging roads and warm weather in California. CTS has been holding camps in this world class cycling destination for over 15 years, many top pros continue to train on these breath-taking roads.

At this all-inclusive near week long training camp, you’ll be treated like a professional cyclist in every way; from daily massages to professional mechanical support, to individual power file analysis with CTS coaches and the daily use of a power meter.

This camp is ideally suited to intermediate and advanced cyclists looking to take their training to the next level with personalized training from CTS coaches. Athletes will pack-in some quality endurance miles too, and experience some of the best cycling in California, a popular cycling destination.

The weeks riding includes some of lessor known West Coast gems including; “The Canyons”, historic Jalama Beach, Figueroa Mountain and a century bike ride like no other, aptly named the “The Tep Destroyer” which will leave you with lasting memories of this knockout cycling region.

The CTS Camp Experience includes unparalleled professional support, you’ll be riding with CTS coaches, backed up by a support vehicles and professional mechanics, with hydration and nutrition products always to hand throughout the day, each and every day.

Camp Features

Athletes will benefit from 7 days / 6 nights lodging at the luxury boutique Hotel Corque located in California’s beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. It’s close to some of the region’s best wineries and vineyards and offers sophisticated comfort and luxury with custom-designed furnishings, full-service concierge, mini fridges, flat screen TVs and free WIFI.

You’ll be picked up and dropped off after your stay with private transportation to and from Santa Barbara airport. On arrival your bike will be built. It will be kept in pristine condition with daily bike washes and tune-ups from professional mechanics. Your bike will be prepped for shipping on return too.

You’ll also receive a slick CTS training jersey as part of your camp experience.

Off the Bike

The training doesn’t end after each daily coach led ride, athletes will benefit from group training presentations with question and answers sessions.

Athletes will receive one-to-one professional coaching and analysis with use of your daily power files.

A daily massage will also keep you in top form for each daily ride, around 40 to 80 miles per day with anywhere from 2,000 – 6,000 feet across beautiful rolling hills and scenic mountainous climbs with view across the stunning Santa Ynez valley.
