Maui Miles Cycling Experience 2022

Maui Miles Cycling Experience 2022

January 16th – 23rd, 2022

Explore the beautiful winding roads of the Maui shore!

Put in early season miles in a stunning location with CTS Coaches. The roads in Maui cross a diverse range of striking landscapes that are ideal for cycling.

In 2022 CTS will be leading a limited group of riders for 6 days of riding along beautiful routes in Maui, Hawaii. Athletes will be staying on the north shore of Maui in Oceanside houses with meals prepared by a private chef.

Once you arrive on the island, we’ll take care of everything from your bike, nutrition, massage, and transportation on the island. All you have to do is rise and shine each morning ready to explore some incredible cycling roads and create lasting memories with a great group of athletes.

The highlights of this trip will include the winding roads along the north shore, the East Maui Loop, and the 36 miles climb up Haleakala. This iconic climb rises from 14′ to 10,023′, rightly earning it the name “Cycle to the Sun.” No groups are allowed to have support vehicles follow cyclists for the last 10 miles within the park, but you will be fully supported by CTS until the National Park entrance at which point you are welcome to continue on your own to the summit.

Golden State Epic 2022

Golden State Epic 2022

May 8th – 15th, 2022

Experience why California is one of the best places to ride in the world!

THE EPIC!

The Amgen Tour of California Race Experience was a spring focal point for 10 years here at CTS. With the cancellation of the race in 2020, our new event, the Golden State Epic, is set to capture the features athletes liked most about the Race Experience while upgrading features we now have more flexibility with.

The Golden State Epic will feature 6 days of big point-to-point rides, epic climbs, world-class scenery, and the on- and off-bike support you expect from CTS. And because we now have increased flexibility, we will have later start times in the mornings, shorter or non-existent transfers, upgraded hotel accommodations, and better food.

We’ve hand-picked some of the best routes in California that will take you through towering forests, past sweeping ocean views, and over epic climbs from Santa Ynez to Mt Baldy.

Milan-San Remo Race Experience 2022

Milan-San Remo Race Experience 2022

June 1st – 7th, 2022

Milan-San Remo also called "The Spring Classic" or "La Classicissima" in Italian, is the longest distance professional one-day race in modern cycling at 298 km (~185.2 miles)

Milan-San Remo is one of the five Monuments of Cycling with the first edition held in 1907.  Eddy Merckx has won MSR a remarkable seven times.

Since Milan-San Remo is the longest professional one-day race, it is an unusual test of endurance early in the season. It is often won not by the fastest sprinter, but by the strongest and best prepared rider with a strong sprint finish. The climbs of the Cipressa and Poggio have stopped many sprinters who could not stay with the front group.   The route is beautiful as it winds down the Italian coast. It is not the hilliest ride but with the distance and short steep punchy hills throughout the ride will make it plenty challenging.

We will first arrive in Milan, at the Malpensa airport and be picked up and transported to 4 days of riding in beautiful Varese, Italy.  We will be staying at a wonderful 4-star hotel with wonderful riding. We'll leave from the hotel and ride the long winding climbs in the mountains surrounding Varese.  In the days leading into the Milan-San Remo Gran Fondo, we will be riding on the same roads that the top cyclists in the world train on. The day before the MSR Gran Fondo we will be transported to the Milan area as we will have an early morning departure for the MSR Gran Fondo.

Mallorca Fall Cycling Classic 2022

Mallorca Fall Cycling Classic 2022

November 1st – 7th, 2022

The heart throbbing climb up to Cap de Formentor, the plunging descent of Coll de Soller, and the switch back hair pins of Sa Calobra all under a Spanish blue sky make Mallorca the perfect island to discover on a bike.

Don’t let the quiet Mallorca roads and sleepy seas side Mediterranean towns fool you. There is a reason that all pro cyclists in Europe have made Mallorca a staple in their training tour and it has nothing to do with the delicious food, ok maybe it has something to do with the food, but the rest is made up of pure riding pleasure.
