We would like to invite you for a fantastic gravel trip along the historic pilgrimage route (the Camino), from Lisbon in Portugal to Santiago de Compostela in Spain.

The journey takes 10 days. You leave on Saturday 8 May and return on Monday 17 May (2nd day of Pentecost). There are 7 cycling days, one day for the return trip from Santiago to Lisbon + a visit to Lisbon.

Cycle the Camino in 7 days including hotels, guidance along the way, support, luggage transport, breakfast and much more.

Are you up for the challenge? There are only 12 starting places available.

10 DAY PILGRIM GRAVEL RIDE THROUGH PORTUGAL AND SPAIN

The route follows the ancient Camino through the heart of Portugal. You will drive along the Tagus River until you reach Santarém, after which the route gradually turns northwest, passing places like Tomar and Coimbra towards Porto. From Porto you cycle on an impressive route of about 30 kilometers of wooden boardwalks along the coast, towards Viana do Castelo. At Caminha we cross the border into Spain and follow the coast again, passing Vigo and Pontevedra, located on the famous "Spanish fjords". After Pontevedra we head inland and continue our way north, until we arrive in Santiago de Compostela. At the cathedral we reach our final destination

Those are the ingredients for a very nice 9-day gravel adventure. Total 685km in 7 days with 7,000hm.

During the cycling days you will be accompanied by a guide and there is support with a broom wagon. Please note that no support vehicle is possible on off-road sections and that it will meet you again at a suitable place.

Gravelty Camino it is a beautiful tour that is doable but requires a good level of fitness. Every day you have to overcome the necessary altimeters. The stages are around 100 km daily. The first and last stage have a limited number of altimeters. The other 5 stages have between 1,000 and 1,300 meters of elevation gain per day.

One of the most beautiful gravel adventures in Europe.
