Bike Muster is a family friendly weekend of non-competitive recreational cycling.  Held over the Easter weekend in Mudgee NSW the event is family friendly and participants can choose to ride as much or as little as they like. Featuring rides of differing lengths and grades as well as nightly entertainment, excellent regional food and caering it’s the perfect weekend away in the country.

Friday 25th March (Good Friday):

9am – Bike Muster site open
12noon – Fundraiser BBQ provided by the Mudgee Mens Shed located on-site.
2pm – Ride for Bruce – One in All in get to know you ride – this ride will be suitable for all levels of riders and will be approx. 25km in length, it will be a great way to have a cruise around and get to know the other riders.
4pm – 6pm Free Time – go for a ride, grab a coffee in town, snooze out…
6pm – Pre-dinner drinks followed by Dinner and Trivia night in the Big Shed.

Saturday 26th March:

7am – Breakfast
8.30am – You have a couple of ride options this morning – Long or Short(ish):
“This Little Rider went to Market” – Our local Bike Muster rides leave, various grades of difficulty with all ending at the famous Mudgee Farmers Market for a browse OR
“Gone to Gulgong” a ride for the keen beans looking for a longer ride – it’s 65km return and we’ll transport lunch up there for you. Gulgong is one of NSW’s most historic towns and is a great place to explore – make your way back at your leisure.
12noon – Lunch convenes at local winery & distillery Vinifera Wines & Baler Williams distillery on Henry Lawson Drive (almost directly behind Bike Muster HQ) for those who are not in Gulgong. Ride direct from the Farmers Market or grab a quick break back Bike Muster HQ and head on over with some others, the choice is yours.
3pm – Follow the winemaker and spit on his floor – Join winemaker Phil van Gent on a leisurely ride from Bike Muster HQ over to his winery for a behind the scenes look at how wine is made. There is also bound to be a few surprises along the way!
6pm – Dinner in the Big Shed followed by live music with our Bush Band for a night of country fun

Sunday 27th March (Easter Sunday):

7am – Breakfast
8.30am – Our local Bike Muster rides leave, various grades of difficulty
11am – Easter Egg Hunt – get on your bike and track down that chocolate!
12noon – Lunch convenes at a local winery Elliot Rocke Estate, just a short 2km ride from Bike Muster HQ. Ride direct from your morning ride or grab a quick break back Bike Muster HQ and head on over with some others, the choice is yours.
2.30pm – 4.30pm Treasure Hunt Ride – score points by answering as many questions as you can on the list, can be ridden on your own or in a team – time to complete is limited – winners announced at dinner
6pm – Kick back in the Big Shed with a drink, and enjoy Bike Muster’s Got Talent… We Think! NEW for 2016, Bike Muster’s very own talent show! Get you act together and perform on stage – prizes to be won!


Monday 28th March:

7am – Breakfast
8.30am – Get out on your bikes with your new found friends
12noon – Bike Muster site pack up – get ready for next year!
