This year's championship event will be sure to leave you breathless and the course is challenging with tough climbs and thrilling descents.

The race starts and ends in Harriett Holister Park with an amazing overlook of Honeyoe Lake (if you haven't seen it you need to and if you have you won't forget it!). The course also includes a unique wooded section at the end of the race, creating no better way to cap off the series.

2018 Mudslinger Series

We love bikes, challenges, and adventures. We live for pushing our limits on two wheels, and it’s our mission to help others do the same. It’s this motivation that has inspired us to bring you the first gravel race series in NYS: The Mudslinger Gravel Series. The LCC and Cyclepath, Towpath Bike, Tryon Bike, and Bike Zone are teaming up to form a community of expertise, passion, and resources, creating a tour de force of dirt racing that will challenge and thrill riders who seek the adventure that gravel has to offer. The Mudslinger will push your limits, rewards your successes, and share in your love of the bike.

The series will offer three races over the course of four spring weekends where riders will have the option to compete in a series competition for points, prizes, and cash. All three races will offer courses of around 30 miles and 3,000 feet for a cohesive series competition that will test your grit and early spring fitness. To compete in the series all riders must pre-register online for all three races on our series registration page. Riders will be able to register for each race individually on their respective registration pages, and on the day of the events, but those riders will NOT be scored in the series competition even if they compete in all three races. You must pre-register online by April 28 to compete in the series standings.
