Join us for Bike MS: Ride the Rhode, a one- or two-day cycling adventure through the scenic beauty of Rhode Island. Whether you're rolling past iconic beaches, cruising down backroads lined with wildflowers, or coasting by centuries-old stone walls and historic homes, every mile immerses you in Rhode Island’s rich beauty—and brings us closer to a world free of MS.

Along the way, enjoy themed rest stops, refreshing ocean breezes, and the unbeatable energy of a community united for a powerful cause.

Start and finish at the University of Rhode Island, where the celebration continues with food, festivities, and fun for the whole family—including a Saturday evening dinner and awards ceremony to honor your incredible journey.

Choose your challenge with route options from 25 to 75 miles, perfect for both new riders and seasoned cyclists. No matter your pace, every pedal makes a difference.

Fundraising Minimum: $300

Route Distances: 
Day 1: 30, 50 and 75 miles
Day 2: 25 and 50 miles

Bike MS: Ride the Rhode event t-shirt and medal when you cross the finish line.

Fully stocked rest stops include water, Gatorade, soda, snacks. Lunch provided at Lunch Rest Stop. BBQ and beer garden at finish. Breakfast provided on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Housing on campus at the University of Rhode Island is available for Friday and Saturday nights. Housing also includes dinner on campus Saturday night and breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The more you raise at Bike MS: Ride the Rhode, the closer we get to a world free of MS...and the closer you get to some prizes. We know you're eager to get there, and we're here to encourage and thank you for your hard work. Put the pedal to the fundraising metal and join exclusive fundraising clubs, get extra perks and claim some much-deserved bragging rights.

Prizes are awarded post-event based on the fundraising deadline of 30-days after the ride, or July 7, 2025.

Fundraising Prizes are awarded at the following levels:
$500

$1000 ~ Club K ~ As a member of Club K, you'll earn discounted registration to next year's ride, VIP perks, limited edition VIP jersey and more

$5000 ~ Passport Program ~ earn the opportunity to ride in any additional Bike MS event with no registration fee and no obligation to meet the fundraising requirement. Also receive VIP perks and other great prizes

$10,000 ~ Premier Pedalers

Join Club 25 and be among the elite Top 25 Fundraisers! The top 25 fundraisers at the 2025 Ride the Rhode will earn a Yukon Outdoor Speaker and earn a seat in this elite club!
