NEW UCI Gravel World Series Argentina Villa Cura Brochero Córdoba
The 2026 UCI Gravel Series Argentina is the first edition of the Gravel World Series to be held in the country.
It will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026, in Villa Cura Brochero, Córdoba province. This attractive, picturesque, historic, and religious town is a prominent tourist destination in the province.
This race, part of the prestigious International Series, will be held as part of the multi-sport event "Experiencia Altas Cumbres" in the Traslasierra Valley.
UCI Gravel Race
The UCI Gravel Series Argentina is a 120 km race with a total elevation gain of 1930 m and a maximum altitude of 2270 m, starting from 900 m above sea level. The route is 92% dirt roads in varying states of repair, with approximately 35 km of climbing until km 68, where the gradient turns negative, finishing in Cura Brochero after a beautiful, continuous 33 km descent.
The start and finish will be in Villa Cura Brochero, passing through emblematic areas of Traslasierra such as San Lorenzo, Panaholma, Ambul, El Volcán, and the Camino del Peregrino (Pilgrim's Way), on a course that combines technical challenge with natural beauty.
A gravel event in a unique, ever-changing, and at times inhospitable natural setting, but with unforgettable scenic beauty and demanding technical rigor. A cycling experience to remember for a lifetime in the Traslasierra Valley, which offers optimal tourist infrastructure for any sporting event of this nature.

As established in the UCI Gravel World Series Regulations, the following participation categories will be established to qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championships (2026):
ELITE MEN ELITE WOMEN 19-34 years
Men and Women 35-39 years
Men and Women 40-44 years
Men and Women 45-49 years
Men and Women 50-54 years
Men and Women 55-59 years
Men and Women 60-64 years
Men and Women 65-69 years
Men and Women 70-74 years
Men and Women 75-79 years
Men and Women 15-18 years (Participation without qualification for the UCI World Championships).
