2026 GRAVEL EARTH SERIES CALENDAR

The wait is over. The new season is here. Twelve races.  Seven countries. Each race has been carefully chosen for its terrain, spirit, and story.

The Gravel Earth Series returns with a renewed vision — more connected, more human, more real. The most beautiful gravel events, within reach of more athletes than ever. A scoring structure that feels clear, honest, alive. Communication crafted for pros, for age groups, for everyone. Because this year, we introduce age categories, a new way to celebrate every rider’s journey.

Behind every route, every climb, every line in the dirt, there are people — teams built on passion, experience, and a shared respect for the land. We’re here to keep pushing gravel forward. To protect what makes it pure. To elevate it to a new level. This is the gravel revolution. And the best is yet to come.

2026 GRAVEL EARTH SERIES CALENDAR

They don’t acknowledge borders. Gravel Earth Series have decided to break all barriers to bring gravel to a new level of reach and impact in 2026. After three successful years, the fourth one continues the ambition of establishing the project as the main international gravel series.

The calendar maintains Europe’s most relevant events and incorporates the most prominent events in the Americas. This new paradigm embraces the two most influential markets in global gravel, positioning Gravel Earth Series as the leading circuit worldwide. The 12 events in 7 countries selected for the 2026 calendar have been carefully chosen to preserve the values that define the project: authenticity, community, and respect for the environment.

Gravel Earth Series recognize the U.S. market as the birthplace of this sport and aspire to offer its community a quality, high-level option. Oregon Trail, the country’s best stage race, returns, accompanied by Lost and Found Gravel Festival and Core4 gravel.

Europe remains the pillar that fueled the circuit’s emergence and growth. In 2026, the Gravel Earth Series calendar will retain a strong presence on the continent, with five events. The Traka, which gathers gravel enthusiasts in Girona for a week, will continue to be Europe’s main reference, backed by other races, some of which are new additions that enhance the brand and solidify the prestige of the Gravel Earth Series.

Additionally, the circuit maintains its commitment to Africa, where Migration in Kenya remains the reference event. Everything is ready to start the fourth edition. It will be on the same scenary as last year: Santa Vall. During the weekend of February 15 - 16, 2026, the best riders on the planet will gather in the province of Girona to offer, once again, an unprecedented spectacle.

ROSA KLÖSER AND MAGNUS BAK KLARIS CROWNED 2025 GRAVEL EARTH SERIES CHAMPIONS

After a season-spanning battle across 22 races in 13 countries and four continents, Rosa Klöser and Magnus Bak Klaris emerged as the overall champions of the 2025 Gravel Earth Series (GES) following a thrilling finale at Ranxo Gravel in Ponts, La Noguera.

Rosa Klöser and Magnus Bak Klaris Crowned 2025 Gravel Earth Series Champions

Germany’s Rosa Klöser of Canyon Factory Racing cruised to her fourth victory of the season in the elite women’s race, sealing the series title with a commanding display of strength and race craft. Klöser’s win capped a consistent and dominant campaign that saw her collect top results from early-season events through to the high-stakes Spanish finale. In the elite men’s race, Belgian Wout Alleman (Buff Megamo) took a dramatic sprint victory on his first Gravel Earth Series start, edging past Denmark’s Magnus Bak Klaris (PAS Racing) at the line. Klaris’ second-place finish was enough to secure the men’s overall series crown, reflecting a season of steady point-scoring and tactical excellence.

“Winning the Gravel Earth Series is a dream come true,” said Rosa Klöser. “This season was about pushing limits and staying focused across so many different races and conditions. Ranxo Gravel was a tough day, but the team and I executed the plan and I’m proud to finish the season this way.” Magnus Bak Klaris added, “I’m honored to take the overall title. Wout pushed hard today, but the season’s work paid off. This series rewards consistency and resilience, and that’s exactly what our team brought all year.”

American's Peter Stetina (American Gravel Mafia), Sarah Sturm (Specialized–SRAM–Rapha) and Hannah Shell (Vantage Racing) finished in the top 10 overall in GES 2025.

Canadian's Benjamin Perry (Guava x Castelli S.O.G) and Lucy Hempstead (Classified Rose) also finished in the top 10.

British riders Danni Shrosbree (Argon 18 / Castelli S.O.G) and Sophie Wright (Ribble Outliers Gravel Team) also finished in the top 10.

The 2025 Gravel Earth Series once again showcased the global growth and competitive depth of gravel racing, linking iconic local courses across Europe, North America, South America and Asia. With a demanding schedule that tests riders’ endurance, technical skill and strategic sense, GES continues to attract professional teams and ambitious privateers seeking world-class gravel competition.
