Plain Suffering is a self supported Gravel Challenge starting and finishing in Warminster, Wiltshire and will take the riders on a big loop around Salisbury Plain

The provisional route is currently around 113 miles but there are still some changes to be made during further route recce' s, riders can expect 100 + miles of gravel friendly riding

There is also now a shortened loop of 60 miles (100k), this is still a real challenge and will be a tough but enjoyable day in the saddle

The routes are suitable for Gravel, monstercross, mountain bikes, plus bikes or fat bikes it's up to you to choose the right machine

Gravel bikes will have a clear advantage on both routes but there are also challenging sections that will favour the mountainbike.

The routes are both self navigating self supported event so riders are entirely responsible for themselves, there are no check points and no marshals or signage out on the course. Riders will be sent the GPX no earlier than 24 hours prior to the event

Numbers will be limited and entries will open shortly.
