UK Cycling Events launch 2017 Wiggle Super Series

UK Cycling Events, the UK’s largest cycling event organiser, are excited to launch the 2017 Wiggle Super Series

The Wiggle Super Series consists of 42 events, catering for both road cyclists and mountain bikers and includes the iconic Wiggle New Forest 100 and Wiggle French Revolution.

The Wiggle Super Series is the largest sportive series in the UK, operating for seven years, with the aim of encouraging riders of all levels to get out and ride. UK Cycling Events is expecting over 50,000 riders to take part throughout the year.

UK Cycling events are offering early-bird entrants the chance to save £5 on ALL Wiggle Super Series Events, including the two French events the Wiggle French Revolution and Wiggle Le Tricolore, up until 17 November.

Natalie Hicks, newly appointed Head of UKCE said: “I am really excited about the 2017 season; I think it will be the best one yet. The demand is already so high, we’re expecting some of the main events to sell out in the early-bird period so I wouldn’t wait around, and I would take advantage of our launch offers.” She went on to add “there is also more to come, keep your eyes out for our No Excuses sportives for your chance to ride one of our events for free.”

Each event offers a variety of course lengths and difficulty, with the introduction this year of even shorter routes, designed to be more accessible to the ‘first-time’ and ‘casual’ sportive rider. As always, the Wiggle Super Series provides events which are fully signed, fully supported (both medically and mechanically), have electronic chip timing, marshalling and well-stocked feed stations with free PowerBar energy products and food.
