NSN Cycling Team (formerly Israel-Premier Tech) today confirmed its official rebrand and relocation to Spain, establishing new headquarters in Barcelona and Girona ahead of the 2026 racing season.

The move follows a change in ownership structure with international sports and entertainment company NSN (Never Say Never) and Swiss-based investment platform Stoneweg taking over the team’s operations.

The rebrand reflects the team’s commitment to a fresh start and a stable sporting environment after recent disruptions tied to its previous national branding. Based in Barcelona and Girona — a long-established training and racing hub for professional cyclists — NSN Cycling Team will continue to compete at the highest levels of road cycling while strengthening ties to the local cycling community and European race calendars.

NSN, co-founded by former FC Barcelona and Spain midfielder Andrés Iniesta, joins Stoneweg in a strategic partnership that provides long-term financial backing and sports-industry expertise. The new ownership group has committed to invest in rider development, expand the team’s support structure, and upgrade training and logistical capabilities to better prepare athletes for Grand Tours and WorldTour events.

“We are proud to launch NSN Cycling Team and to base our operations in Barcelona and Girona, two cities with deep cycling roots,” said Andrés Iniesta, NSN co-founder. “This new chapter gives our riders a calm, focused environment to train and perform. Our goal is to build a team that competes with integrity, supports young talent, and connects with fans across Spain and beyond.”

The organization emphasized that the rebrand is not merely cosmetic: it represents a broader cultural and operational shift aimed at ensuring athlete safety, consistent race participation, and sustainable growth. The team plans to retain key sporting staff and many current riders while also scouting emerging talent from Spain and other European nations. Immediate priorities include establishing training bases, expanding sports science and medical resources, and strengthening relationships with race organizers to secure a full competitive calendar.

NSN Cycling Team will unveil its full roster, technical staff, and race program in a detailed launch event scheduled for early January 2026. The team also intends to announce community initiatives and youth development programs that leverage its new local presence and partnerships.

During the Spanish Vuelta cycling race earlier this year, several stages were disrupted by pro-Palestinian protesters objecting to the participation of the Israel Premier Tech team. Spain’s government estimated that more than 100,000 people were on the streets in Madrid during the final stage. Previous owners Premier Tech is a multinational company based in Quebec, Canada and was the title sponsor of the cycling team co-owned by Israeli Canadian billionaire Sylvan Adams.
