The Ride Collective is a four-event road cycling series built around some of the most scenic and historic routes in the American West. Each event blends challenging terrain, iconic landscapes, and strong community partnerships, creating a season that appeals to both serious riders and recreational cyclists.

The series opens with the Copper Triangle (August 1), a high-altitude Colorado classic featuring three 10,000-ft passes and big Rocky Mountain climbing. A week later, riders head to New Mexico for the Enchanted Circle (August 8), a desert-mountain loop with long climbs, sweeping descents, and dramatic Southwestern scenery.
In September, the series shifts to Colorado’s red-rock canyon country with Tour of the Moon (September 12) — a ride made famous by the Coors Classic and American Flyers, showcasing the Colorado National Monument’s monoliths and cliff roads. The season closes with Tour de Vineyards (September 19), a relaxed wine-country ride through Palisade’s orchards and vineyards, paired with the Colorado Mountain Winefest.
Together, these four events form a diverse, scenic, and accessible series that highlights the best of Western US road cycling — from alpine passes to desert mesas to vineyard backroads.
Copper Triangle — August 1, 2026 (Colorado)

The Copper Triangle is one of Colorado’s most iconic alpine road rides — a high-altitude loop that delivers big climbing, thin air, and classic Rocky Mountain scenery. Based at Copper Mountain Resort in the heart of the Rockies, the 79-mile route links three major mountain passes, each topping 10,000 feet: Fremont Pass, Tennessee Pass, and Vail Pass. Riders take on roughly 6,500 feet of elevation gain, moving through forests, mining towns, open alpine valleys, and fast canyon descents.
It’s a bucket-list ride for endurance cyclists, known for its mix of challenge and beauty, plus strong community support and a long history tied to Colorado’s cycling culture.
Copper Triangle registration gives riders a full alpine-event experience in one package: you get your choice of the 2026 commemorative jersey or tech tee, a finisher medal, your rider bib and bike plate, plus access to fully stocked aid stations across the 79-mile high-altitude course. The event wraps with a proper post-ride celebration including a hot lunch, beer garden, live music, and hourly raffles, and your entry also supports the Davis Phinney Foundation. Younger riders (16 and under) can join the ride for free with full support and lunch included.

Enchanted Circle — August 8, 2026 (New Mexico)

The Enchanted Circle is a Southwestern mountain classic — a high-altitude loop around the dramatic peaks, mesas, and valleys of northern New Mexico. Riders tackle 85- and 100-mile routes that climb over Bobcat Pass, sweep through Taos Canyon, and roll across open desert-mountain terrain with long, flowing descents and big panoramic views.
It’s a ride defined by contrast: forested climbs, sun-baked straights, twisting canyon roads, and wide-open high country. The elevation, heat, and long gradients make it a genuine endurance challenge, while the scenery delivers one of the most visually striking rides in the entire Ride Collective Series.
The Enchanted Circle registration covers a fully supported mountain-desert ride through northern New Mexico’s high country, with stocked aid stations, on-course mechanical and safety support, and access to the pre-ride expo and packet pick-up. Riders receive their event bib and bike plate, a finisher medal, and entry to the post-ride celebration featuring food, drinks, music, and community activities. With long climbs, sweeping descents, and big Southwestern scenery, the Enchanted Circle package delivers a complete endurance-event experience within the Ride Collective Series.

Its legacy continues as one of the premier road cycling events in the western United States, showcasing towering monoliths, sheer-walled red rock canyons, and sweeping panoramic views. The ride delivers a uniquely cinematic blend of historic racing heritage and dramatic geology, making it one of the most visually iconic road experiences in the region.
Registration includes stocked aid stations, on-course mechanical and safety support, your event bib and bike plate, a finisher medal, and access to the post-ride celebration featuring food, drinks, music, and community activities. Tour de Vineyards — September 19, 2026 (Colorado)

Celebrate the beginnings of fall with a scenic tour of Colorado Wine Country. Riders can choose between a leisurely 23-mile route along the Palisade Fruit & Wine Byway or the more challenging 58-mile course that adds a loop up and over Reeder Mesa. Both routes showcase the splendor of the Grand Valley and the beauty of the Western Slope, passing wineries, vineyards, orchards, and dramatic mesas. Now in its 30th year, the tour offers a relaxed, picturesque ride that blends late-summer cycling with harvest-season atmosphere, making it one of the most approachable and visually rich events in the Ride Collective Series.
Registration includes stocked aid stations, on-course mechanical and safety support, your event bib and bike plate, a finisher medal, and entry to the post-ride celebration featuring food, drinks, music, and community activities. After finishing in downtown Palisade, riders enjoy a hearty meal at the line and can then head over to the Colorado Mountain Winefest (separate ticket required), held just a few blocks away at Riverbend Park — creating a full weekend built around Palisade’s signature harvest festivities.
