The 2024 Tour de France route was revealed in Paris this week, it features 12 new stage towns and sites, 7 mountain stages, 4 high altitude finishes and 32 km of gravel roads and 3,492 km of racing over three weeks.

This prestigious event will give cycling enthusiasts the unique opportunity to ride the exact route of stage 20 of the Tour de France, from Nice to the challenging ascent of Col de la Couillole via the Col de la Couillole, Col de Braus, Col de Turini and Col de la Colmiane.

L'Étape du Tour de France has long been regarded as the ultimate cycling experience for amateurs, allowing participants to test their mettle on the same roads as their professional heroes. This year, riders will have the chance to tackle the same course that the professionals will face just one week later. The route promises to be a true test of endurance, with stunning scenery and challenging climbs that will push participants to their limits.

Don't miss this chance to ride in the tracks of the world's best riders and make your mark on the history of the Tour de France.

Tour de France Director Christian Prudhomme said “Although the distance for this stage seems reasonable, it would be a mistake to think that the 32nd edition of L’Étape du Tour de France will be less difficult than those that have taken place in the Alps, in particular.

“With four ascensions and total climbing of 4,600 m, with descents that require maximum care and concentration and with few moments of respite, the participants will have to be well prepared and especially careful at managing their effort. Good luck to them over the eight months of preparation before the big day.”
