On Sunday, November 2, 2025, T.W.C. De Paerssjtal Reuver will organize the MTB and Gravel tour Maas en Grensland for the 31st time.

From 8.30 to 10.00 am, participants can register at Café-zaal De Paerssjtal for marked mountain bike routes or for the GPX gravel routes. For the MTB routes, there is a choice between the 35-kilometre route, with 300 metres of elevation gain, or the 60-kilometre route with 630 metres of elevation gain. The gravel routes are 60, with 250 meters of elevation gain or 80 kilometers with 350 meters of elevation gain. The registration fee for all routes is € 9,-. The tour ends at Café-zaal De Paerssjtal, where you can treat yourself to a nice drink or a piece of flan. All routes arrive at the break point in the parking lot behind Herberg de Bos in Swalmen. Here the inner man can be strengthened for the last kilometers. The tour has a varied route. And leads through river dune areas such as De Bercken, the Walsberg, Solberg and Donderberg, swamp forests such as the Beesels Broek and over the high terrace of the Diergardtscher and Brachter Wald, better known as Pruusse Bos. The long MTB route leads to the back of Maelbeek. The gravel routes make a slightly larger loop through the Dutch-German border area and then return to De Paerssjtal along the Meuse. There he can have his steel steed cleaned. This year there is also a bicycle shed with supervision.

T.W.C. De Paerssjtal Reuver stands for Tour and cycling club De Paerssjtal and is a merger between TWC Reuver and T.C. De Paerssjtal. The club has an A, B and Mountain bike group. The difference in groups A and B is the distance and the average speed, which are higher in the A group.
