Distances: 200 km
Difficulty: Extreme terrain with frequent steep hills and long sustained climb
Limited to: 2000 Participants

The Dirty Reiver is the UK's first "Mid-Western" themed Gravel Grinder and is a 200 km off road cycling challenge. Gravel Grinding is a new Genre of cycling that originates from the mid west of the United States.

Riders will traverse Gravel forest access roads that service the vast areas of forest covering the border region of England and Scotland. The event will take riders through remote areas providing outstanding viewpoints across this spectacular part of the UK.

The Dirty Reiver is the "UK's Premier Gravel Grinding" event.

Due to the shared use of some of the course the Dirty Reiver is NOT a race.  However, finishing times will be graded based upon the first finisher and these grades are detailed in finishing times on the event page.
