More than a Gran Fondo—Saturday Night at the Speedway
Back by demand! Teams of four around the track. Epic bike hand-off!
Inspired by the cult-classic cycling film Breaking Away and Indiana University’s Little 500 race, CampoVelo includes “Saturday Night at the Speedway.” The feature event of the evening is a team relay race around the half-mile Calistoga Speedway track with live commentary by the one-and-only Bob Roll.
Sunday starts with a big breakfast, followed by a big ride, Gran Fondo style, including three route options 30, 50 or 80 miles around Pope Valley, Berryessa, Angwin, and Calistoga. Choose your distance. Choose your speed. Choose from the extraordinary culinary treats at each of our cycling Refuel stations.
CampVelo benefits Chefs Cycle for No Kid Hungry and the Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition. One in five children in the United States face hunger issues. CampoVelo’s mission is to continue to provide resources to reduce this number.
