The route will take riders through the villages of Bowral, Berrima, Mittagong and Kangaloon. The routes will offer beautiful scenic back roads as well as tough challenges for the more proficient rider. The ride will start from 7:00am in the main street of Bowral and finish at Eridge Park. Join us post ride in the Eridge Park village area where you will have the opportunity to cycle the Velodrome, enjoy a selection of local gourmet fare, and participate in various post event activities. Ample parking will be available in the Eridge Park Village area offering an easy ride to the start line.

After you have registered for the ride, the Bowral Classic is offering a refreshing approach to event fundraising. Our mission is to provide both individual riders and teams the opportunity to fundraise for whichever charity they wish to support.

We are giving the power back to riders. You choose a cause you are passionate about.

All charities can participate and use the Bowral Classic event to raise much needed funds.


Yaffa Events is mindful of ensuring peace of mind whist you are participating in our ride. Your registration fee includes day membership to Cycling Australia, this membership includes personal accident insurance cover ( All current members of Cycling Australia will be covered as per the normal arrangements, during the online registration process, you will be required to nominate if you have a racing licence and if so, provide your CA membership number.

Bowral Classic
Routes: 25, 90, 160 km
Difficulty of Greatest Route: D - Difficult terrain with longer, steeper hills
Start Times / Itinerary
160 km course: 6:30 am to 7:30 am to riders will be set off in waves of 75 riders in ~2 minute intervals
90 km course: 7:35 am to 8:00am with Hand Cycles and tandem in the last wave
25 km course: 8:05am to 8:30. Anyone with baby seats will be at the end of the wave
