After finishing at Brennan Park, riders enjoyed the signature Sea2Sky celebration with food, beer, live music, souvenir socks and a huge draw-prize giveaway.

In the 85 km Full course, Nathan Pruner of Vancouver powered to a commanding victory in 2:42:55, ahead of fellow Vancouver rider Paul Moffat and Garibaldi Highlands’ Alexander Ham. The women’s race saw a standout performance from Victoria’s Holly Henry, who climbed aggressively and held off North Vancouver’s Emma Boggio, with Sofia Donnecke of Victoria completing the podium.

The Medio course produced a tight battle at the front, with Vancouver’s Uli Mayer edging Richmond’s Martin Hauck by just 30 seconds, followed by Dean Brandt in third. North Vancouver swept the women’s podium, led by Andrea Gray, ahead of Alexandra Smyth and Rebecca Fletcher.

In the Piccolo distance, Langley’s Shane Tyson and Parksville’s Gryphon Hodgson delivered the closest finish of the day, separated by only three seconds. Melanie Levesque of Whistler dominated the women’s race with a strong solo ride, followed by Vancouver’s Deirdre Kelly and Delta’s Tamara Woolgar.

The Sea2Sky Gravel Fondo showcased the spectacular scenery of Squamish and the Sea to Sky Corridor while delivering a challenging and rewarding gravel cycling experience for riders of all abilities.
