Green Fondo SoCal takes place in Southern California on March 10-12, 2023 with just 150 places available.
With the weather in the 70s, this is a perfect time to enjoy spring training in SoCal. The weekend event takes place at Camp Whittier, Santa Barbara where cyclists can overnight, enjoy food and drink, live music, and meet new friends and thought leaders.
Take a weekend to pedal for the planet and be a part of creating a positive impact for the future. With Gran, Medio, & Piccolo route options each day, there's a sweet ride for seasoned to novice cyclists. If you want to cycle and socialize with like-minded environmentally conscious people, then Green Fondo SoCal is for you.
The Gran Fondo styled event has something for everyone and provides an atmosphere where family, friends, and colleagues can all enjoy a cycling event together. Green Fondo is not timed because Climate Ride want you to enjoy the bike ride the way you want to ride! From e-bikes to race bikes, all are welcome!
The team at Climate Ride are renowned for their reputation of providing unforgettable cycling experiences with entertainment, networking and learning focussed on sustainability, all whilst raising vital funds for your chosen list of extraordinary non-profit organizations.
Every participant gets the full VIP treatment from the moment they arrive, leaving you to focus on making new friends and pedalling for change.
This is a rolling party with something for everyone and provides an atmosphere where family, friends, and colleagues can all enjoy a cycling event together.
Out on the road, no one is left behind with full SAG support out on the road! There are lovely stops with tasty food and drinks along the way where you can enjoy beautiful surroundings, whilst challenging yourself.
Bring Your Friends!
Fundraising, training, and participating with a team of your friends, family, and colleagues is a great way to experience Climate Ride. You and your teammates can put together a training schedule and keep each other motivated, create your own jerseys, host fundraising events and share in the fun of a multi-day adventure.
Proceeds benefit organizations dedicated to climate, clean energy, and bike advocacy. 100% of the donations fundraised for these events will go directly to the beneficiaries that you select.
The Algorand Foundation, the non-profit affiliated with the carbon-negative blockchain Algorand announced a five-year initiative to promote community-powered environmental health and sustainability by matching funds raised by Climate Ride participants.
What’s included?

- Full route support including bike mechanics, water & snack stops, and cheerful leaders!

- Climate Ride will organize a shuttle for participants to/from downtown LA! More information will be available in your ride guide after registration.
