The 160 km finale, featuring 1,930 meters of climbing across historic farmland and endless dirt tracks, delivered a fitting climax to the world’s most competitive gravel calendar.

Germany’s Rosa Klöser of Canyon Factory Racing cruised to her fourth victory of the season in the elite women’s race, sealing the series title with a commanding display of strength and race craft. Klöser’s win capped a consistent and dominant campaign that saw her collect top results from early-season events through to the high-stakes Spanish finale. In the elite men’s race, Belgian Wout Alleman (Buff Megamo) took a dramatic sprint victory on his first Gravel Earth Series start, edging past Denmark’s Magnus Bak Klaris (PAS Racing) at the line. Klaris’ second-place finish was enough to secure the men’s overall series crown, reflecting a season of steady point-scoring and tactical excellence.

The Ranxo Gravel course put riders through a relentless mix of long open farm tracks, technical dirt sections and steep climbs. Conditions tested endurance, equipment and split-second decisions, with the race unfolding into decisive breakaways and late-race chases. Klöser’s fourth win underscored her versatility across varied terrain and her ability to perform when the stakes were highest. Klaris, meanwhile, displayed the consistency that defines a series champion — collecting crucial points throughout the season and delivering when it mattered most in Catalonia.

“Winning the Gravel Earth Series is a dream come true,” said Rosa Klöser. “This season was about pushing limits and staying focused across so many different races and conditions. Ranxo Gravel was a tough day, but the team and I executed the plan and I’m proud to finish the season this way.” Magnus Bak Klaris added, “I’m honored to take the overall title. Wout pushed hard today, but the season’s work paid off. This series rewards consistency and resilience, and that’s exactly what our team brought all year.”

The 2025 Gravel Earth Series once again showcased the global growth and competitive depth of gravel racing, linking iconic local courses across Europe, North America, South America and Asia. With a demanding schedule that tests riders’ endurance, technical skill and strategic sense, GES continues to attract professional teams and ambitious privateers seeking world-class gravel competition.
