Cookie Corner is back at the Colorado Classic!

Cookie Fever returns to the climbs of the Colorado Classic August 16 - 19

Professional uphill cyclist, author, podcaster, KOM chaser and founder of Phil's Cookie Fondo, Phil Gaimon came up with the idea of doing a “Cookie Corner” every day at the AMGEN Tour of California last year, to get the word out about his cookie-themed Gran Fondo bike ride in Malibu, October 27-28, 2018.

Gaimon’s cookie theme was a bit of an inside joke—a fan favorite during his racing career, Gaimon made no secret of his affection for cookies, to the point strangers brought batches to races for him to consume (hopefully afterwards).

Such was the success and fun factor for those handing out cookies and the pro cyclists grabbing them, Phil is taking his roadshow back to the Colorado Classic. The new Colorado Classic cycling race is heavy on festivals and fan-centric fun!
