May 12th - Immune Function and Training: We'll look at the latest scientific research on how to manage your immune system while training- valuable for COVID-19 and beyond. Get actionable information of how to tailor your training with the rest of your life to keep healthy while accumulating training stress.

May 19th - Shifting Your Training: The season has shifted and you can't build forever. How should you be adjusting your training for a late summer and fall season? We'll look at how to adjust training and avoid burnout.
